If you cannot find a suitable appointment time, please contact me directly via text, email, or Messenger, and we will work together to find a time that fits your schedule.

Please remember that the appointment time is the time when your session will begin. Kindly arrive at least 5-10 minutes earlier and allow yourself sufficient time to get into the studio. This will give us ample time to discuss any concerns or issues that you may have regarding your body before we begin the session. Thank you so much for keeping this in mind!

As a healthcare professional, I adhere to the Hippocratic Oath and prioritize the health and safety of my clients, myself, and others. I use air filtration system and sanitation materials during all sessions. Clients may choose to wear masks during their sessions. All clients are expected to disclose any symptoms of COVID-19 or any other contagious illness that may affect the health and safety of others. If positivity is possible, the session may be canceled immediately.

Our services can be paid by cash, card, or check. Additionally, we are now accepting FSA/HSA cards. While gratuity is always appreciated, it. If you want to show appreciation for our services, refer your friends, family, and co-workers to REVIVE and write a testimonial for our website. Please note that each service must be paid in full before you can book another appointment. The treatment rate is subject to change, but we will notify our clients before any changes occur. 

To schedule a massage session, please ensure you make the booking at least 24 hours in advance through the online portal. If you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. In case of same-day cancellations, the therapist may require full payment before booking another session, subject to their discretion. If you are running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on the day's schedule. 

We value your time and will always strive to give you 24-hour notice in case we need to cancel your appointment, except in cases of emergency or sudden illness.
