Hi, I’m Meg! As an Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant and Licensed Massage Therapist, my passion is helping you feel your best—inside and out. I specialize in Ayurvedic Dosha-Balancing Massage with Aromatherapy and Lymphatic Drainage Massage, offering a holistic and deeply restorative approach to relaxation, pain relief, and inner healing.
My favorite service to offer is the Ayurvedic Dosha-Balancing Massage, a personalized experience designed to realign your body’s natural energy using warm herbal oils and tailored techniques. To ensure the most effective treatment, I also provide an Ayurvedic Wellness Intake, where we determine your dosha and explore what your body may need as a whole—not just in terms of food but through practices like deep breathing, yoga, mindfulness, and lifestyle adjustments.
With a B.A. from Maharishi International University, I’ve spent years studying and applying the wisdom of Ayurveda, both hands-on and through creating online courses to help others integrate these principles into daily life.
